Customer Service Administartors




MAK Jobs is recruiting Customer Service Administrators on behalf of our client.

We are thrilled to be working with this well-established prestige company who are offering a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.

Location: Crick 

Salary: £13.56- £15.20 per hour

Shift:  Monday to Friday 07:00 - 16:30 

Within your role, you'll provide excellent Customer Service and Administration support to customers as part of the established team. 

Responsibilities

Maintain and update internal reports and systems.
Communicate daily with customers, operations and planning teams.
Arrange shipping of products, including booking slots, establishing courier in accordance with customer specifications 
Daily / Weekly / Monthly internal and external reports.
Produce sales orders, invoices and deal with PO issues when required. 
Deal with complaints and queries from customers promptly and efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service and take ownership of customers' experience.
Support the Commercial Team 
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
Take on additional responsibilities as required.
Any other administration tasks.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
Committed, flexible and able to multi-task. 
Being comfortable with speaking on the phone is an essential part of the role.
Excellent customer service skills 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships.
Advanced Level Microsoft office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to prioritise tasks within a daily work allocation, defined timetable, or routine.
Positive and 'can do' attitude.
